Shri Milind Tare is working with the institute as Master Trainer and Training Programme Coordinator since 2009. Prior to joining VANAMATI, he has worked with Maharashtra Centre for Entrepreneurship Development; a state level organizationpromoted by Maharashtra State Industrial Development Corporations having engaged in promotion and development of entrepreneurship primarily among first generation entrepreneurs and training and development activities for other stakeholders of MSME.

He has about 29 years of experience in conducting and managing Capacity and Capability Building Training Programmes for individuals and organizations having stakesin domains pertaining to Entrepreneurship Development, Agribusiness, FPO, MSME Promotion, Women Empowerment, and Information& Communication Technology (ICT) Management for Extension, Project Management, HR& OD and Development Administration.

His experience includes working as a Faculty Member at Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII) Ahmadabadand as a Deputy Manager, Human Resources at Aditya Birla Group’s Company; Ultra Tech Cement Ltd.

His professional credentials include –

1. Accreditation as a Trainer for Achievement Motivation Training from National Institute of Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD) Government of India, New Delhi


2. Accreditation as a Trainer for Cluster Development from ASTER, ITALY – under European Union (EU) –India Economic Cross Cultural Programme (EU – India ECCP)


3. Certified Trainer on Direct Trainer Skills (DTS) under DOPT Sponsored Programme by YASHADA, Pune


4. Certified Trainer on Design of Training (DOT) under DOPT Sponsored Programme by YASHADA, Pune


5. Recognised Facilitator and Coach for Management Development Programmes by VANAMATI

In VANAMATI, he is currently engaged in managing training function in the institute for MA Development Administration programmes (earlier Combined Probationary Training Programmes - CPTP under State Training Policy of Government of Maharashtra). He is also associated with variousother training programmes in the institute being organized under RASHTRIYA KRISHI VIKAS YOJANA (RKVY), Agriculture Extension Reforms Programme of Government of India (ATMA), and activities envisaged under Agribusiness Incubation Centre.

During this tenure,Shri Milind Tare has also worked as Facilitator and Capacity Building Trainer for various high value projects such as –

1. Maharashtra Water Sector Improvement Project (MWSIP), a World Bank assisted project aimed at promoting Agro entrepreneurship with support of improved water infrastructure to help farming community better the prospects by opening opportunities for higher income generation.


2. Maharashtra Rural Credit Project (MRCP), an IFAD assisted project which aimed at improving self-reliance, income generation and supplementary income generation capabilities of rural youths, farmers and women and other weaker sections of the society.


3. INDUS Child Labour, an ILO funded project aimed at eradicating the child labour by providing Vocational Skill Training thereby attempting to bring adolescent children engaged in laborious and hazardous activities into mainstream.


4. Industrial Clustering for Social Growth, an EU – India Economic Cross Cultural Programme assisted project; aimed at creating a Clusters of SME(s) for selected activities such as Food, Auto Mechanics, Eco Tourism, and Garment sectors

He has authored a book on subject of management of training – “प्रशिक्षणाचेव्यवस्थापन” in Marathi
